who you are

AURA is looking for a dedicated, motivated, and self-driven individual to take on the role of Supplier Engagement Specialist. The role is based in Johannesburg and will report directly to the Supply Operations Manager in the Supply Department.

The role of the Supply Engagement Specialist is to manage the relationships and all day-to-day operational requirements of the security service providers (suppliers) on the AURA network. You will be required to analyze and understand operational performance, manage relationships, resolve issues, and ensure that all assigned service providers perform to AURA’s minimum service levels.

You will need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple activities simultaneously. This person needs to be a real go-getter, hustler, and a real A-player. If this, is you, apply now!

what you’ll do

Within our Supply team, you will be responsible for managing the following requirements with the AURA service providers:

  • Training of relevant operational personnel
  • Fostering and management of relationships with key personnel
  • Ensure the service providers successfully adopt AURA’s hardware, software, processes and requirements
  • Management and reporting of performance
  • Analyse and review various data relating to service levels
  • Resolution of technical issues and any problems pertaining to the service providers
