Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business development role

The role of the Business Development Executive is to source and develop new business within the Southern African regions that AURA operates in. As a Business Development Executive, you must be an exceptionally talented sales expert who possesses fantastic sales ability and business development experience. You will be responsible for developing and managing the necessary sales strategies, consistently achieving sales targets, and managing all sales processes and flows for the deals and industries that you are responsible for.
To achieve success in this role, you need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, business-to-business sales experience, the ability to clearly understand commercial pricing structures, and have a real go-getter, positive attitude! This role is for someone that loves to consistently succeed, won’t take no for an answer, and thrive in a high-performance environment.
