part of our business or our supply chains.

This policy applies to all employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders involved in the

operations of AURA.

the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We will also adhere to other relevant international human rights

as well as on how to identify and report potential issues. Awareness programs will be conducted

to ensure all employees and stakeholders understand the importance of this policy.

6. Reporting Mechanisms:We encourage employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report any concerns or

suspicions regarding modern slavery or human trafficking. Reports can be made confidentially

through our whistleblowing policy, and all reports will be taken seriously and investigated

promptly.

7. Continuous Improvement:

We are committed to continually improving our practices to combat modern slavery and human

trafficking. This includes reviewing our policies and procedures annually and staying informed

about new risks and best practices.

Implementation and Review:

• The Managing Director has overall responsibility for ensuring this policy is implemented.
• The Compliance Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management of the policy,

including conducting risk assessments and due diligence, and providing training and

support.

• Regular audits and assessments will be conducted to ensure compliance with this policy

and relevant legislation.

• This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its relevance and effectiveness in

preventing modern slavery.

Communication:

This Modern Slavery Act policy will be communicated to all employees, subcontractors,

suppliers, and stakeholders. It will be available on our company website and included in

employee training programs.
