Adrian’s appointment comes after the company’s expansion into the UK in 2021, following success in the South African market.

Having worked with some of the world’s largest brands at Investis Digital, as Client Director, as well as during his time as Customer Experience Director at Jacob Bailey Group, Adrian is well positioned to help scale the UK business commercially. 

 

His focus will be on bringing alarm receiving centres, installers and businesses across the UK into AURA’s network, ensuring their customers get the response times they deserve.

 

The reality is that the world over, police resources are stretched, and the UK is no exception. Police are often put in a position where call-outs are deprioritised and go unanswered. This leaves properties and livelihoods at risk.

There are so many fantastic mobile response businesses in the market,” Adrian says. “AURA’s network and smart technology gives them access to a much larger customer base who will benefit from significantly faster response times.

AURA’s UK response network has grown steadily since 2021 and now covers 75% of the population.
