With over 8 years experience in the security industry, AURA were delighted to welcome Stuart Martin to the UK team in 2024. As our New Business Director, Stuart takes the lead on building AURA’s important client relationships with new, exciting prospects. Working primarily with installers, ARCs and BIDs, Stuart spends a lot of time meeting with new clients where his sense of humour, charismatic presence, and in-depth knowledge of both the security industry and AURA technology makes him a huge asset and great representative of the business.
Before joining AURA, Stuart has worked with some of the largest security manufacturers in the world, including the likes of HikVision and Dahua, and has gained experience in the AI space. This along with his early background in Telecoms and IP infrastructure means he has a great breadth of knowledge that he brings to AURA, and he’s passionate about sharing his expertise and ideas with
the team to help further grow the business from the inside out.
Stuart was keen to become part of the AURA UK team because our mission and values align with his own. He’s looking to work with a company with the bigger picture, impacting real people by saving lives in different countries, and preventing (rather than just deterring) crime here in the UK.
Stuart comments, “I feel the tech we have at AURA will change the way the industry works, and the speed of service will prevent more and more crimes as we grow our network. I can’t wait to be a part of that.”
A family man, Stuart has 2 children at home, a boy and a girl, that keep his evenings and weekends busy! He’s also engaged to be married in June 2024, and is already counting down the days to sipping a cold pint or two on his honeymoon!
Stuart’s already had a great impact on the business and is an excellent asset to the AURA brand. We’re thrilled to have him as a key part of the AURA team, growing and developing the company and playing a vital role in preventing crime across the UK.
